For many years my family and I have experienced first hand the benefits of CranioSacral therapy. It continually surprises me how this gentle treatment offers such a range of opportunities to improve health. When my family moved to Spain I took the opportunity to retrain.

I am a fully qualified Upledger CranioSacral Therapist. I have trained with the Upledger Institute UK and the International Upledger Institute since 2018. I have also studied anatomy and physiology with the College of Body Science UK. I am a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners and the CranioSacral Society.

My interest in reflexology emerged out of my work as a CranioSacral therapist and I trained in 2020 with Naturaclass in Fuengirola. Through this work I have seen how the feet provide information about the clients’ health and wellbeing. I have also observed how, for people who experience chronic pain, sometimes touching the feet is the first step to help them. I am fascinated by the way reflexology uses the feet to treat the whole body.

Prior to training in bodywork, I worked as an art and design teacher and historian for over 20 years and my PhD focused on the role of gardens within healthcare. I am a trustee of the UK charity Silent Space.

I currently divide my time between the UK and Spain (see booking pages for practice locations) and when not working I am usually in the garden, or walking, or horse riding.

I am fully insured and regularly attend training and workshops.
